Description: I am an evil mad scientist. I came up with a great plan to make lots of money by holding the city hostage. I drink a bunch of colorful chemical concoctions to create a bomb inside my belly. If the city doesn't pay me an immense amount of money, I will blow up and everyone will perish. This is the best plan ever! If they try to stop me, I will just blow up. So, they have to pay me! I should make this even bigger then. I should take the whole world hostage! Yes!
